My daughter uses these for dance competitions and they stay put even when sweating and flipping. They conform to your body smoothly so you can not see them at all. Also work great under formal dresses or summer clothes. Love this product.

So much better than wearing an actual bra! I purchased these because I have a couple of nice blouses that I do not want to wear a bra with, but I also don't want my nipples to show.
